Installation process
1)It is recommended that foreign customers use playground rubber surfacing of 40 mm or larger, which can be installed directly on a flat surface without the use of adhesive, as it is already quite heavy (adhesive is not suitable for transport).
2)Playground rubber surfacing of 40 mm or larger can be installed directly on a flat surface without the use of glue as it is already quite heavy; Playground rubber surfacing of less than 40 mm should be installed with contact adhesive:
(1)Clean the dust on the leveled floor before installation.
(2)Attach nails with wires to the four corners of the floor to ensure that the installed surfacing is parallel.
(3)Bond the floor and the surfacing on the four corners, allow the surfacing to cool for 2-3 minutes, then place the surfacing on the floor and tap the four corners of the surfacing with a mallet to make them firm.
(4)Cut the surfacing with a straight knife according to the shape of the surfacing. Due to the rate of wastage, the consumption of making a shape of surfacing is calculated in pieces.
(5)Attention
The concrete floor must be dry and level.
Squeeze the mat tightly without leaving gaps. If gaps appear after one or two years, reinstall.
Please use contact-type adhesive. The use of glue is not recommended because glue shrinks the mat when the air is dry.
